Mr. Lee's work on my A/C was amazing. He arrived within 10 minutes of my call on 8/8/2023. I've never seen anyone faster with a test meter, diagnosing the problem, and restoring the system. There was a bad interlock switch, a weak circulating fan capacitor, and a broken motor control wire on the circuit board. His communications were friendly, brief and to the point, wasting no time. Mr. Lee at JoyTech was phenomenal in every way!!! He fixed our heating system so quickly & so nicely in November 2022. He was knowledgeable, prompt, responsive, efficient, effective, & professional!! He diagnosed the problem quickly & answered all our questions very clearly. He found the parts for our old old heating system on the afternoon of his first visit, came the following day, & fixed our heating within an hour!!
