When Dana first started he was honest, fair, hard working. He stood behind his work and products that he recommended and sold. As his business grew he became less and lees caring of the home owner and small business customer. He stopped standing behind his work, products and service. He no longer cares abut the client, just the money. He no longer stands behind what he sells or repairs. It is a shame, he was such a nice person.
