I reached out to Joy on a Thursday morning after someone from TaskRabbit canceled on me at the last minute. Joy was kind and understanding of my situation. She agreed to a cleaning job the was small in time but a major pain for me since I live in a different state! The next morning, she showed up to clean and did a great job. She even sent me pictures. I am beyond thankful for Joy.

I booked a deep cleaning for my two bed, one bath condo through amazon home services. While I would rate the actual cleaning service as 4 stars, the overall this experience was work. We rescheduled 3 times and a 4th time on the day of, communication was difficult because their voicemail was full. It ended up working out well for my schedule. Our apartment was in need of a deep clean, and on that front they delivered. The bathroom and kitchen look great.
