There products are great but customer service is horrible
I’ve been spending plenty of money here, for almost a year. One day purchasing hair color a brand I normally use, was in a different packaging. I asked did it contain lye or ammonia and was told no. Two days later I found out it does, returned to the store everything in package and didn’t have receipt and was expecting to change brand and even with another brand if necessary was willing to pay difference.
