Not sure who dropped the ball but 16 of us went to Cancun last week and got to Hotel and told they were overbooked and sent us to what seem to be a nicer hotel BUT instead of two queen beds it was a King bed which ment I had to sleep with my room mate and I'm thankful it was with someone I know booked Ocean view but didn't accommodate at new hotel we lost a full day riding to Hotel that was 2 hours away
They don't want to do their job. I called for suggestions and just didn't get what I expected so I hung up. I needed suggestions not a smart butt on the other end
