I recently purchased a Bronson from joyride a few days ago and the crew here has been nothing but helpful to me. Making a bike purchase is time consuming if your like me with the tons of research that goes into a purchase that costs as much as a nice mountain bike. My original experience renting an e-bike from Joyride Cycles was disappointing — but the owner’s follow-up made it worse. The bike I reserved wasn’t ready when I arrived, leading to delays. The replacement bike broke down mid-ride when the electronic shifter battery died, leaving me stuck in the hardest gear for the final 10 miles.
