Response is immediate. Got new tires installed for my truck, their prices can’t be beat, great customer service, great technicians working there. Got me booked in right away.
I have been using Joyride since the opened and am very happy with the service and value. The team there is excellent - very friendly, and very competent, and very honest. They tell you what needs to be done and never pressure for "while you are here ..." add ons. Highly recommended.
Obi and team are truly the best. I say this as a long time and regular client. I'm treated kindly and communicated with respectfully and consistently. I wouldn't dream of taking my cars anywhere else. I know this may seem like an overly glowing review, but it just means a lot to me to have a mechanic that I completely and utterly trust! Thanks Obi!
