This company was contracted by Royal Caribbean for my embarkation day wedding. They advised they have been doing cruise coordination weddings since 2004; however they did not seem familiar with the boarding process, security, the venue on the ship, or the flow of things. They were unable to effectively communicate with port security, Royal, me and my guests in order to process.
