I am the owner of a small local construction business, and my recent experience with Joyner Lumber has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I ordered windows on behalf of a local client, and unfortunately, the company ordered the wrong size for 14 windows. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue by contacting them multiple times, they have been unhelpful and unresponsive. The saying around DIYrs is go to Crowder Bros Ace Hardware first and cut out the big box disappointment. Well the same goes for Joyner for your lumber needs. I'm in need of one partial sheet of T-111 siding and the only place I could find it was Joyner. I asked on the phone if I could cut it in the yard, since I didn't have a truck. No problem they said.
