This BMW shop is tops in Asheville. Chris Joyner is fair, reliable, and very trustworthy. When I leave either of our two bimmers with Chris, I know they will be right when I drive away. He has never overcharged me. He will tell you what is best for your BMW yo operate efficiently. You will never have any "gotcha" with Chris. If you can get your car in, (he is always in high demand) you won't go to any other BMW shop again. Thank you Chris for taking excellent care of my 2 older BIMMERS.
What an awesome shop with fantastic mechanics!! I went to this shop in a bit of a panic because the sunroof on my X5 wouldn't close and there was a storm looming... Although they were plenty busy, they took the time to look at the situation and run a diagnostic, AND gave me a very satisfactory solution to my issue. I would like to give a big shout out to Ian, the BMW mechanical wizard, who was super nice, and didn't give up until solving the puzzle of my broken sunroof.
