Was traveling with the BMW Classic CCA and had some issues with my MZ3. I emailed Chris after hours, and he got back to me that night. He worked me in the next morning to diagnose the issue and order the part. I came back the next afternoon as agreed, and he had me back on the road in less than an hour. Unbelievable service rendered to an out-of-towner in a jam. If I lived in Asheville, there would be NO question as to where I would go for service. Pricing more than fair. And one heck of a nice guy.
