I was gifted a prenatal massage from Joy Life Spa and was really looking forward to using it after a complicated delivery and recovery. When I recently reached out to schedule, I was told my gift card, which expired in May 2025, couldn’t be honored because the owner said she “couldn’t move it into the new system.” She did attempt to move it over, but unfortunately wasn’t able to. I’m an out-of-town guest visiting from Kentucky, and my sister treated me to this incredible experience. All I can say is wow — what a spirit of excellence! This place is AMAZING from start to finish. From the warm welcome at the front door to the luxury massage, every detail was perfect. The décor is stunning, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the staff’s warm greeting immediately made me feel at home. My massage was beyond relaxing, and I left feeling completely renewed. I only wish this place was in my hometown!
