Dr. Joykumar Patel is very caring and knowledgeable. My pre transplant experience was wonderful. I had an amazing team of doctors that genuinely cared about my health and journey to transplant. 100% recommend Dr. Joykumar Patel , NZTI , and Integris Baptist.

On 5/3 Dr patel came and informed me that my wife was to weak to go through the transplant surgery and there wasn't a way forward for a transplant. The news was delivered in a straightforward manner, which was fine. He also said at this point my wife was on life support. We made the decision to pull the life support on 5/5, just 48 hours after he told me she wa... read more

It has been my experience with a lot of doctors, I am a liver and kidney transplant survivor, that it isn’t their bed side manners that is important, it’s the results and Dr Patel and his colleagues are top of the line in their profession and I would not want anyone else to put my life in their hands. 11 years and counting!
