Dr.Patel has been very thorough on all my checkups. Has action plan until next visits. Always been very respectful and appreciate his knowledge. Very prompt and honest with you.
I have been his pt. for many years, pre and post-transplant. He is wonderful, a great clinician and compassionate human. There are not enough stars to give him!
This doctor is way too busy. He tells you just give him a call and he can have you scheduled to have a very important procedure done and within two days, you will have that appointment. Yeah right. i'm on the third day now, of answering machines promising that they'll call you back and they never do. plus this doctor takes my hubby off of water pills, and what happens 2 days later? Dr. Joykumar Patel is very caring and knowledgeable. My pre transplant experience was wonderful. I had an amazing team of doctors that genuinely cared about my health and journey to transplant. 100% recommend Dr. Joykumar Patel , NZTI , and Integris Baptist.
I have been under the care of Dr. Patel for over five years and I wouldn’t want to go to any other physician. With his care, I have improved enough to be removed from the transplant list. He has someone call with the results of my tests to let me know how I’m doing every time. He also took the time to call and tell me not to freak out when I received the letter saying that the benefits of surgery no longer outweighed the risk.
