RecommendedBefore taking my vintage Pioneer SX-828 stereo receiver to Joyful Noise Vintage Audio it was impossible to listen to. Turning any knob or flipping any switch on this nearly 50 year old unit resulted in terrible static. The tuner was unreliable and it had other issues as well. Now, coupled with my vintage Pioneer CS-99 speakers it sounds like it is supposed to, just pure, accurate and mellow music. Picked up my second repair from Jason yesterday. Marantz Cassette Deck. Belt kit & replaced 2 Bulbs. Sounds & looks great. Reasonable charge. Always professional service. 5 Stars!
I brought a Krell FBP 300 for Jason to repair. He and his service were fantastic. Jason, keep me completely informed each step of the repair process, charged a very reasonable amount for his work, and could not have been nicer. As I found out with other repair people in NC, this is not always the case. I highly recommend Jason and Joyful Noise!
