Such a healing experience! The resonance of the bowls on your body brings you deep into your body to a place of remembrance, to somatically experience your true self. Courtney has a calm and relaxing energy that immediately makes the experience feel safe and welcome.
Courtney is wonderfully giving and experienced at this craft. Having the bowls sing on the body is a sweet and healing/relaxing. I highly recommend Courtney and this modality.
Joyful Noise is true to it’s name. I went in with a lot of anxiety. And after a few minutes my mind was clear. An hour session flew by. And afterwards I felt like a new person. I would and have recommended this to people I know.
