I scheduled a same-day appointment. I told the anesthetician that I would be there in 15 minutes. She said that was perfect. When I got there, I walked in with no one to greet me. I sat down and waited about 15 minutes. At this point, I called and left a message explaining who I was, what time my appointment was, and that I was sitting up front waiting. Very little communication. From just small talk to her listening to what I needed. When done, she didn't ask how I felt, nothing, just out the door she went. Can't recommend.

Hey, I just wanted to give some feedback about my session. I came in requesting deeper work on my quads and hamstrings, but the pressure was extremely light and those areas were barely addressed. I didn’t feel like my concerns were heard, and I left without the relief I was hoping for. I’d like to know if there’s anything that can be done to make this right.
