The Joyful Living Aesthetics team is professional, genuinely kind, and makes their patients feel cared for. They really take the time to listen and explain every step of the process. They have a variety of services and equipment that they’ve brought in from all over the world. It’s actually really impressive. Every step felt thoughtful and respectful. I left feeling supported and confident. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for professional, attentive, and compassionate care.
This practice appears to focus primarily on geriatric medicine rather than aesthetics. If you're looking for a dedicated cosmetic or med spa experience, this probably isn't the right fit The wait time was also much longer than expected. On top of that, I had to sit in the waiting room with patients who were there for medical care. For someone paying thousands of dollars for elective aesthetic treatments, that wasn't the environment I expected or wanted. This is a great business and staff who are very kind, patient, knowledgeable and well trained. The technicians have a medical background and understands my needs well. I walk in confidence feeling and looking younger as I go about my day. I love that it's an International Medical Spa right here in Hilo, where I can get world wide treatments and recover in my own home. No airfare and no hotels. I've been using them for years and will continue to for all my aesthetics needs.
