Imelda has been caring for my father, who has advanced Alzheimer’s for the last 2 months and has done a great job caring for both my Dad and the home. She maintains high standards of care and cleanliness, which together with her professional skill in caring makes her a great carer who I would thoroughly recommend.
Peggy Dowding wanted to move from a Care home to her own flat. Peggy was 96 years old and on the End-Of_life register with multiple health issues. Joyful Care ,Imelda, had to set up everything from scratch and deal with health professionals on a daily basic. This was done in a timely and efficient manner. Imelda established a wonderful nurturing, caring environment.
