Great place to have a baby, staff was attentive, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and kind. I'm not sure what went wrong with the other reviewers, I can't relate to their experience at all. Of the two Oklahoma hospitals I've been at during a birth, this was by far the better of the two
Absolutely the worst and most traumatic experience of my life. While some of the work may have been done correctly, I was not treated like a human being. The entire experience was terrifying, and I felt completely powerless due to my circumstances—I couldn't leave, even though I desperately wanted to. I was forced to pay thousands of dollars while begging the doctors for the treatment I actually needed. They refused and even mocked me. Lack of communication amongst the staff and do not listen to concerns. If they screw up, they will huddle together to twist the narrative and gaslight you into telling you that you are wrong, even though the other nurse will confirm verbatim what was said. Would not recommend.
