I highly recommend this store.They have a good selection of gifts, nice jewelry, and very pretty floral arrangements. The owner Rosa, is very nice and professional.

I had looked at several jewelry stores to find a bracelet for my baby, and Joyería y Regalos Picasso had the most variety and best prices. I ended up getting the perfect bracelet for my daughter, and I even found a ring for myself, which Rosa customized for me to add my daughter’s birthstone. She had it ready for me in just 2 days. Excellent service and excellent prices. I don’t live in El Paso, but I will be traveling back any time I’m looking for high quality jewelry.
The owners are the sweetest people! Their jewelry is the best I that I own. I love the variety of accessories they have and highest quality jewelry in town!
