Unethical practices. Went with my mother in law to make a return on some earrings she purchased and they would not accept it. They insisted they “do not buy gold” for her to go elsewhere. When they advertise that they buy gold. My mother in law in a hard working single mother and it really felt like they we’re trying to take advantage of her.
Don’t recommend this place at all! Really big scammers with terrible customer service!They have cheap gold overpriced. When trying to do an exchange because their jewelry more than low quality they just try to get more money from you. They ask you to pay the difference but when they give you the final receipt it’s just the difference they don’t keep the total amount you paid. So next time if you do have to go in they can say the value was less.
