Brought a bracelet and it broke within 2 days. Went back and decided to buy earrings & the quality of their hoop earrings are extremely fragile. The piece to close the earring was easily moved and eventually caused the earring to no longer click to close. Customer service can be non helpful especially if you dealt with a particular employee they will make you come back whenever they come back to work.

I have purchased many items from this store. I have always had good service and great quality items. I would highly recommend shopping here for any jewelry needs.
Worst customer service & lack of communication. I went in there with some sweats on & a t-shirt. They treated me like I was nobody the whole time I’m a millionaire looking to actually spend, I ended up going somewhere else. My advice to the owner, treat everyone that walks into that store equally.
Talk about service! I went to the guys on Broadway. Super easy to get things done with. They def had the cheapest price. I didn’t even negotiate he showed me the prices and told me what he would do for me with out me asking, I was so impressed and happy I said deal. The have Zelle which was super convenient I just send them the money from anywhere and I can text them at the same number i Zelle. What more can I ask for this was customer service! You guys are Def my new jewelers.
