Mi mama compro un anillo en esta joyería y la señora que la atendio le dijo que si aguardaba su recibo recibiría reparación gratis en algun daño que tuviera su anillo. Ala semana las letras cc se le doblaron y mi mama lo llevo a reparar y el señor que la atendió fue súper pedante y le dijo que no tenía garantía y mi mama llevo hasta el recibo y terminaron por cobrarle por reparlo desoues de decir que tenía garantía. Muy mal servicio
Me encanta comprar con Joyeria paris por que las prendas me llegan en tres días y sobre todo muy buena atención al cliente y las joyas muy hermosas muy recomendable ☺️
