Dam all the recent bad reviews got me scared
Me and my bf would cash out here at least once a week stopped coming because our pieces just would constantly break apart I’ve took my bracelet to get fixed twice already this last time I noticed they sealed it back with what looks like sliver instead of gold and the owner she’s been constantly rude to me considering that I was a customer for awhile and constantly buying off them super uncomfortable and unprofessional
Bad business. You don’t get what you pay for. They take advantage of customers. Should be against the law. Don’t support
Do not shop with them they will sell you a chain that is worth way less just went in recently sold me a hollow chain that goes for $500 I paid $1225 I messaged them to see if I can atleast get my money worth they said No . I went to a jeweler store that does fixing and testing on real gold they told me I got scammed triple payed for what that chain is worth . THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF STAY AWAY AND JUST GO TO DTLA FOR Jewelry !!!
