I purchased a gold byzantine bracelet at Joyeria el Ruby for over $2K. I put it on three months later, but twice the bracelet slipped out of my arm and fell. Luckily I found it in the house. I noticed that the lock on the bracelet was defective so I took it back to the store to get it fixed. I was told they would fix it but I had to pay $30 which I did. A few weeks later, I put on the bracelet again, but this time it fell in the airport and I lost it. That tells me that the lock was still not fixed. I will never buy anything... read more

“Muy mala experiencia en Joyería El Ruby. Desde que entramos ni siquiera nos saludaron o nos dijeron ‘adelante’. Sentimos un trato muy diferente, como si fuéramos delincuentes. El de seguridad constantemente nos acosaba hasta con la mirada.La señora nos dijo de mala manera que ya iban a cerrar y que nos apuráramos, mientras que a otra clienta sí la atendían muy bien y le mostraban todo con paciencia. My friend paid a lot of money for her ring, it broke, they took more than a month to repair it, they were not going to charge her but then charged her for a crappy repair that fell apart 2 days later.
