I purchased a gold byzantine bracelet at Joyeria el Ruby for over $2K. I put it on three months later, but twice the bracelet slipped out of my arm and fell. Luckily I found it in the house. I noticed that the lock on the bracelet was defective so I took it back to the store to get it fixed. I was told they would fix it but I had to pay $30 which I did.
