My friend paid a lot of money for her ring, it broke, they took more than a month to repair it, they were not going to charge her but then charged her for a crappy repair that fell apart 2 days later.

Went in for a ring resizing. The new security procedures do not make for a pleasant shopping experience. The staff member felt like she needed to keep a death grip on the ring size equipment while I’m trying to get a ring fit.
