Es la peor experiencia, no hallan cómo robarte, lleve una cadena de oro de 18k para que me le arreglaran el broche y me puso un broche que decía otro 14k cuando le hice el reclamo me dijo el señor que el no tenía al culpa porque se le perdió el broche y que me respondía era con ese broche cuando el mío era 18k. Al final me dice que si quiere que me solucione tengo que esperarme hasta que el pueda. Se robó un broche de 18k y al final ni me arreglo nada
