I bought two pieces of silver in November, a Cuban link bracelet and a ring. I like to support small businesses whenever I can. The bracelet's clasp broke within one week of owning it. In returning to the store to fix the bracelet, I was told I had to pay for the repair. I wore the bracelet for less than a week and they want to charge me to repair it. I will not shop here again and encourage you to consider if buying from a store that doesn't repair its own jewelry is worth your business.
Had purchased a set of earrings i noticed the jewelry was damaged. Went to see if i could get it fixed or replaced was denied. Asked for refund was denied and told it was my fault without even trying the jewelry on
