The young woman who waits on customers has not been trained properly. She doesn't know the difference between quartz crystal and cubic zirconia jewels. If the jeweler can not train his staff better, no one should be going here. I happened to take a duplicate ring which is quartz crystal, a softer gem than cubic zirconia and definitely softer than diamond. However she tried to tell me that quartz and zirconia are the same, and my ring was not a diamond. Duh! I told her it was quartz crystal. I also know that Quartz is a natur... read more

Great service- I brought in a special ring that needed repairs and sizing. I was given different ideas on ways to repair. I was able to pick what worked best for my budget. They did a beautiful job on the repairs and sizing. I was very happy with the quick turn around and reasonable price. I highly recommend this business run by a very lovely family.
