I got a wedding ring here. The price was cheap and the product was good, but the customer service was AWFUL. We had to call them over and over to get updates on our ring, and they kept pushing back the date that they would be finished with sizing. They said April 22nd initially, and we ended up getting it April 29th. Very slow.
I bought an Apple Watch ⌚️ while back and bought a different band metal one but too big on my wrist. Stopped in the friendly lady inside was so helpful. Didn’t take her anytime to take out too links and was affordable price. Have a lot of nice watches and jewelry. Great place
I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this jewelry store. Last June, I took my engagement ring to be resized. While they were quick with the job, I immediately noticed two of the small diamonds had been removed and replaced. When I brought it up, they insisted they had put the “same” ones back, but it was obvious they were not. The replacements were a different shade. La peor experiencia pero como dicen lo barato sale caro. Page por un envio rapido y la ineficiencia del personal el paquete no salio el dia martes para recivir el Jueves y era un regalo de graduacion. Y lo peor la que llaman supervisora no ayuda para nada yo tuve que marcar y buscar el paquete por ellos a donde lo llevaron..Solo por no aceptar que hicieron un ERROR y dejaron el paquete despues que fedex ya abia recojido los paquetes del dia. Muy mal atencion de estas personas, no son para nada serias. Llevo dias queriendo comprarles un pulso y solo me dicen en un momento se comunican para cerrar el contrato y nada, no les interesa vender por lo que veo, Muy desinteresados. La peor joyeria que conozco, mal atencion del personal es muy frustrante estar esperando respuesta y que no te contesten hasta después de 2horas, no hay coordinación entre los empleados ni llevan un seguimiento del cliente q esta interasado en comprar, eh comprado en otras joyerías donde la at... read more
