(Clamp in photo is not from Joyelles this one is from Robert Fine Jewelry after dealing with Joyelles). Dropped off a chain to Joyelles Jewelers on March 11th to be fixed with a broken clamp. Got it back on the 20th broke 5 days after can’t make that up. The problem I have is the clamp was junk. I can confirm that is very true having it inspected. I came across the shop when I had a emergency and needed a repair. I’m so happy I stopped in! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, it did not have the typical weird feel that I get in a jewelry store. They were able to help me super quickly and thoroughly. Thank you so much! Edit: My repair was finished even quicker than their reasonable estimate and it came out so good! Really reasonable pricing as well. So happy, thank you Joyelles!

Extremely friendly and helpful! Service was speedy and perfect, I was able to get my gift in time for Christmas thanks to the friendly staff and owner! Will definitely be coming back for any jewelry needs
