I called them to get a new autism assessment for my son since his old one is about 5 yrs old and I found a new ABA for him & they need a new assessment. I called spoke to someone and they transfered me and I got that person voicemail. I left a voicemail almost 3 weeks ago and have not received a call back yet. Their answer machine says they answer voicemail but that is definitely a lie, even if they can't fit my son in they could tell me that. They also provide thoughtful and thorough recommendations for families to follow, which is especially important since treatment can take time to begin and families should feel empowered to support their children with guidance from qualified professionals. I would confidently seek services here if I had a related need.
