Absolutely no guarantee you will get the car you purchase even though joyride says the car is yours. Completely false advertising on Joyride's part. Most of the new vehicles listed shouldn't even be shown as "for sale" on the Joyride website or the dealership website for the vehicle. In this current car market most of the new vehicles that dealers have are spoken for 3-6 months in advance and people are putting $1000 deposits down in advance before a car comes in. Neutral Review as the complete JoyDrive "Experience" didn't work correctly due to technical issues with several Dealers. Even though all the applications and info sent to several different dealers didn't work properly or did not send at all, the JoyDrive platform was easy to navigate and provided lots of info.
