The staff from the skewer takeaway informed me they were instructed by management to tell customers that there were no bathrooms in the building when I confronted her with a photograph of the staff and customer use only sign (I assume this is a centre management policy) she informed me that the instructions were to not give the key to anyone and deny the toilets are for customers but only for staff.
