Joyce has been doing hair for more than 40 years. She is great doing perms or older woman's hair weekly. She has worked at a local nursing home fixing older ladies hair. She is great with trimming men's hair as well. She does not specialize in color, tints, highlights or updos. She does not do nails or makeup. It's safe to say if you are over 70 then she is the beautician for you!
