I took a day off work to go see the FNP and got turned away upon arrival because she is allergic to perfume. What an incredible inconvenience. A day wasted and something that could have been indicated prior to my arrival, considering the numerous reminders I received for the said appointment. Unacceptable!
All our family is under Joyce care; she is very helpful and professional. Highly recommend her!
I had an upper respiratory problem and was able to get an appointment to see Joyce. Nicki came in took my vitals, listened to my concerns and was friendly and welcoming. Then Joyce came in, listened to my questions, answered my concerns and took her time with me. She always makes me feel seen, never rushes me and truly listens. Joyce is a wonderful FNP and would recommend her to my family and friends.
Dr. Joyce Wei has been my physician for 3years. This office offers a pre-check-in that allows you to check-in when you arrive in the parking lot. As a result, I have never experienced a wait time that went over my appointment time. She is consistently attentive to any of my concerns. I appreciate that she asks questions that help her learn about me & the care that is best for my condition.
Joyce is always so caring. It's totally like a friend advising me, and partnering with me for maintaining my health. She listens and makes me feel good about my visit. 👍🏾😁
