Joyce Refrigeration Heating & Air Inc. came to install a new HVAC system in my home and they did a fantastic job. Their technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
The Specialist Mark came out almost immediately to look at the spaces and sent a very competitive estimate within a few days. They also included we-energies rebates and manufacturer discounts in the offer. The work was done quickly and with attention to detail. The attic layout wasn't ideal, but it had more to do with the existing and available space. I was extremely impressed with the service we received. From the initial friendly phone call to the time our technician left. Our boiler was not turning on and the tech went through a series of steps to diagnose and fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable and explained the whole process.
