Avoid this woman. She was horrible! I entrusted this woman to defend me and my business against an IRS tax audit. BIG MISTAKE. After taking $11,000 before she would start, I found myself in a WORSE SITUATION. The Protests she filed with the IRS were FILLED IN INCORRECTLY AND RETURNED BY THE IRS. To make matters even worse, JOYCE REBHUN did not re-file in the ten day period allowed by the IRS, so my chance of appeal disappeared. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! Joyce Rebhun botched my case, could not even fill out the documents to file with the Court correctly, and let deadline dates pass that severely hurt my case. Even though I asked her to withdraw from my case, she did not notify the Court that she was no longer my attorney, so I could not receive correspondence directly for weeks.
