Can't say enough about Dr. Horn. She is amazing! Great service. Caring and knowledgeable. Took her time answering my million questions and the office called me back within a few days for a follow up with test results and time for me to ask questions. Even in having an out of routine health issue, I called, explained my situation and the receptionist passed along all of the info to a nurse who called me back to help me decide if I needed to come in for an in-person visit. You can really count on this team.
This practice is the best in town and Dr. Horn is very detail-oriented, smart and kind. I sent my daughters to her as well.
