Never came across a more disorganized trash company as I have with Joyce insurance Group and agency insurance company, after being struck by a policyholder I keep getting brushed off and shrugged off all while losing income and having a vehicle that's not safely drivable... The Pennsylvania insurance commission should be revoking the right to do business with agency insurance Group and Joyce insurance
Unfortunately I will be canceling our policy with your company. Our agent/rep SH*NE has failed to follow through on several different occasions. Completely unreliable and his inability to deal with such simple things really concerns me especially when it comes to auto/home insurance.
