Get your driver's to act civil when in public. I'm not sure if your hiring ex cons cause they sure look like it. Have them thought road manners and not to act like bullies on the road.
Called due to issues with heat not maintaining the temperature and I have a service contract with Joyce Heating & Cooling on the HVAC. They came right over and made some adjustments and increased the fan speed. The house is now warm at 67 degrees and with the boost of the fan it seems even warmer than before.
