Today, I had a really tough issue with my pharmacy over my cardiac medication. I dislike escalation over medication that is necessary for life. The clerk at the pharmacy was rude and very flippant in dealing with my concerns. One call to Joyce Healthcare. A two minute conversation with Ms Kim, Practice Manager, problem solved. I really love, admire and respect these women, not only for an unmeasured amount of compassion, respect and concern, combined with an old fashioned caring attitude makes this practice second to none.
