Dr. Robert is a gem. We are so lucky to have her in Long Neck. She is caring, warm, and funny. Her office has a great vibe. You can tell the staff also share a great rapport with her. I feel in great hands under her care.

August appointment cancelled with no notice. Drove to the office to reschedule and it was rescheduled for September 13 at 9:15 am. Called on 9/12 and was informed that the appt was cancelled. Again no text, email or phone call to let me know that the appt. was again cancelled. To add icing on the cake, I was told that the physician could not see me in 2023. The last time I saw her was December of 2022. Thank goodness I'm in halfway decent health, but if you need primary care, be warned that you won't get appointments that ar... read more

Dr. Joyce Robert is a very special kind of doc in this day we live in. She will always make time to address my medical problems and from the first that I went to her was when she came to Long Neck from New York. Sometimes my visits can be rather long because her caring ways means that she will focus on your total health care needs. What we discuss at my visits she will always remember at future visits and she takes the time to discuss problems I might be having with my other specialists.
