Below is the letter we sent the owner after our "special" care pet had to be put down due to complete neglect while we were gone. We fired them hours before the emergency run at 11:00 PM. The manager of special care was supposed to be caring for the cat needing fluids and blood pressure medicine and swore that he was "just fine" in the morning of the day we came home and then kept changing her story to defend her lack of care.
