I’m an architect and contractor and this was my 2nd time ordering a sofa for a client. I can’t express how impressed I have been with not just the product but the customer service in both cases. Especially with my 2nd purchase, there was a change of plans for delivery with our client and everything was handled beautifully and made my work easier. From sales to delivery, A+.

I bought the Jesper sleeper in September of 2025, and I wish I didn’t. The cushion is one solid piece and it moves around a lot making the entire seat shift forward so that it hangs off the couch. I constantly have to have my guests or family stand up to reset the cushion to the back of the couch. But the worst part is, the cushion is so thin and feels like it’s made of low quality of materials that I constantly have back pain. My has been flaring up more often since I purchased this.
