We loved working with Elena at the Portland Showroom. We appreciated her kind & laidback but attentive demeanor. She showed us all of the options for what we were looking for, gave us the best tips for purchasing, followed up via email, and didn't pressure us at all. Definitely visit the showroom if you're interested in a Joybird piece (dog friendly too which was great since we were traveling).
