I have been a returning Joybird customer for years and have purchased several pieces of furniture from them, which makes my experience with the Miller Sleeper Sofa especially disappointing. We have owned this sofa bed for less than two years, and with normal household use, the back cushions have significantly sagged, the pillows have flattened, and the pillow-top seat has lost its shape and support.
