Truly a bad experience from start to finish and it’s odd they try to hide the fact that they’re owned by La-Z-Boy. The quality is not worth the price. I ended up buying a chair at a discount and then was given a partial credit for the damage and at roughly 50% of the full retail, it still doesn’t feel worth that. This is definitely form over function and at their prices you should be getting both. Today we visited Joybird after spending some time looking for a sofa bed. They had a great selection — everything was incredibly comfortable with beautiful designs. Our dog Lola was welcomed in the store, which made the visit even better. Mr. Tré was the one who helped us. He was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable about the products. When I decided to update my living room furniture, I was overwhelmed by all of the different furniture pieces and styles. Then I walked into Joybird in the Pearl District. Elena Patterson approached me I immediately calmed down and could focus. She and her manager, Cindy, helped me with fabric choices and options that would fit my living room.
