I just purchased a Joy Bird sofa and chair. Tre Calvert was a delight to work with. He showed me all the designs and options to choose from. I highly recommend this store the staff was very helpful. I would go back and purchase again and have Tre help me. He really listened to me. Thank you Tre!

My family had a lovely experience at the showroom and very helpful assistance from Elena. We came in after having done a lot of research and getting lost in the weeds with so many online options from different brands, but not really getting a good sense of what the couches would feel like. Going in person to Joybird was what we needed to help make our decision. I was so impressed with the staff at the pdx location! They were so helpful with my myriad questions and took the time to go over all of the options. Elena was especially helpful throughout the whole process. I'm looking forward to getting our new piece and ordering more soon!
