Joya Spa is also still a favorite! Beautiful and memorable experience! Ingrid is the best massage therapist. She knows and loves her discipline. Truly amazing work! Noah, the spa pool attendant, is the kindest and most diligent server poolside! Lovely food and relaxing atmosphere. Damon, Cynthia and the front desk folks made check-in and check-out a breeze. Helpful and friendly!
Really hate to be this person.... one of the worst massages I've ever had for multiple reasons. I live local and love to try the different spas in the area. I came here on Sunday and had their signature 50 min massage. Although she was very nice, the Masseuse came and got me late. My appointment was at 12 noon and she came and got me at 12:06. I took a group of 10 ladies from work for a Spa Day. Booked our appointments several months ago. One of the ladies appt was for 1pm. She waited in the relaxation room. No attendant came to get her. When she found a spa attendant to question this, she was told her appt was for 11am and that she had missed it. We had an email from the spa that confirmed her 1pm appt time.
