One of my favorite spas in Phoenix. For the price, I have had some of the best massages, then add the spa amenities, food and drink, you would be a fool not to come. The last and most memorable element is the service, the staff are so nice and truly care. None more than my server Carlos. Not only did he help make my experience great, but he is just a genuine person that provided an authentic conversation. I look forward to coming back and checking in on Carlos.
We had an AMAZING TIME having our "girls spa day" at Joya Spa! From the moment you step into the reception area, you can feel the sense of calm wash over you. There are massage therapists and then there is Eric. I’ve had many massages over the years with many professionals, and Eric is exceptionally good at what he does. I booked a 50 minute massage and SO wished I’d done 80 minutes. Although, by the time the 80 was up, I’m sure I still would’ve wanted more. The spa is lovely, and I can’t recommend Eric highly enough. Will be coming back and specifically asking for him!
Good location and very nice views. Therapists were good as well. Spa needs a lot of tlc, some areas are rundown. The spa pool is overlooking mountains, so the view is amazing, however you can scratch you hands on the rusted fence just by the pool. Spa support personal is lazy or not motivated. Restrooms don't get clean or toilet paper or seat covers, even after asking for help they did not bother. Ordered a couple of salads in the restaurant in the spa, greens came wilted.
