I've visited the Joya Spa several times but this last time wasn't as great. Sometimes when you go there's no attendant and you have to find your own locker and look around for the slippers. I still think the sauna/steam area is beautiful but my massage was just OK and the pool area has become run down looking and they don't clean up after people leave. The water jug was empty for 2 hours while I was out there and as people got their tabs at the pool towels, drinks and plates were left for hours without anyone cleaning them. ... read more

This was my first time at Joya spa and I will not be returning. The experience that I received did not match 5 star quality. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the attendant at the front desk and got me checked in. She prompted me to head up the stairs and down the hallway where I met with another attendant, who gave me a tour of the facility. She was lovely and kind, but the tour felt sporadic and unorganized. It is clear management has not given a script for them to follow. My service was supposed to begin at 12:30 but my prov... read more

I took my friend to Joya Spa at the Omni Resort in Scottsdale to celebrate her birthday, and sadly, it was a complete letdown. The base price was $100, and they just sat us in average recliners with a foot soak. They pushed extra charges like $30 to remove gel we barely had, and quick-dry polish, which they said was essential if we were heading to ... read more

Massage was rushed and was not the booked time. My friend had a great experience but probably depends on who you get as your therapist. Stated the massage by being told firmer massages were an up charge, very relaxing.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Low class, dirty and outdated. The entrance might look grande, but spa facilities are trashy. The manicure/pedicure area looks like a pop-up in China town, with absolutely no interior design, plastic bowls for soaking, electrical wires on the floor and a treatment that I can get at 1/4 price at "anywhere" USA. The locker rooms are decent along with the steam room area. Th The "spa" pool is absolute trash, cushions are stained and dirty and the wicker lounge seats are cheap, literally you could buy the... read more
