I’m extremely disappointed by my recent experience at Joya Spa, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. This visit was meant to be a thoughtful gift for my identical twin sister—a full-time VP and mother of three—who rarely takes time for herself. Joya Spa is also still a favorite! Beautiful and memorable experience! Ingrid is the best massage therapist. She knows and loves her discipline. Truly amazing work! Noah, the spa pool attendant, is the kindest and most diligent server poolside! Lovely food and relaxing atmosphere. Damon, Cynthia and the front desk folks made check-in and check-out a breeze. Helpful and friendly!
Really hate to be this person.... one of the worst massages I've ever had for multiple reasons. I live local and love to try the different spas in the area. I came here on Sunday and had their signature 50 min massage. Although she was very nice, the Masseuse came and got me late. My appointment was at 12 noon and she came and got me at 12:06.
