I had a dental implant with Dr. Wang, but it failed and had to be removed due to ongoing pain affecting neighboring teeth. The bone graft she later performed was poor quality and insufficient, forcing my new surgeon to redo it. I experienced complications including persistent pain, headaches, facial and nerve pain. Dr. Wang was rude and dismissive when I shared my concerns, making an already painful experience even more stressful.
This is probably the first time, I am writing such a glowing review of any medical professional. I hope people like her postpone their retirements as long as they practically can! I was scared into thinking that an earlier implant was failing by an alarmist dental specialist and went to Dr Joy Wang to get it remediated. Sick, sadistic doctor. Refused to give me more anesthetic when I was screaming in pain from having the drill cut into my wisdom teeth roots. Smiled as she did this procedure. This was four years ago and I still have trouble sleeping at night from this experience. Joy Wang belongs in prison for what she did to me and countless other patients over her roughly 20 years in the medical field and should absolutely NOT be operating or performing procedures on anyone.
