Dr. Vanterpool is in the family practice where my doctor is. Several years ago I was quite ill after office hours and she was on-call so I only interacted with her on the phone. She was prompt, attentive, kind, and medically helpful. I don't remember more details, but based on that interaction I am giving her a high rating.
Dr. Vanderpool has been my doctor over the past 5 years very reliable very thorough and her office is always accommodating to my busy schedule and needs. Ms. Clark
I had a doctors appointment with Dr. Joy on Monday April 11th. I booked this appointment about 2 months in advance. My appointment was at 10:15. I was taken into the room about 10:25. At about 10:30 they informed me she was not on site. I waited a full hour and then I inquired where she was..and they didn't really know. They did not refund my copay as I had to return to work...and we will see if they billed my insurance or not. This doctor always runs late and this time never even showedup
