We are regulars at Joy Teriyaki and recently moved to Troutdale, so we were excited to try the Troutdale location for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from beginning to end. Even when I called in our order, I immediately noticed this location seemed very different from the other Joy Teriyaki restaurants we have visited around the metro area. I always come here for the chicken katsu! It’s one of my favorites. The food is always really good, I love the flavor, and the service is great too. Definitely a place I keep coming back to!
Staff doesn’t really listen to I’ve had my orders mixed up twice They look annoyed when you walk in and no hellos or welcomes
