Food is good but the service and expierence makes it terrible. The staff is rude both on the phone and in person, they wouldn’t accept a $50 for a $36 order and laughed when I asked to speak to a manager. This is the 10th time we’ve given them a chance because we love the food but we are done for good. Don’t waste your time or effort, go to Gresham or Wood village MUCH better real customer service.
Good food and cheap Thai ice tea. They don't try to charge you 6 dollars, its only 3 dollars.
We've tried Joy Teriyaki three times this year and it's consistently 'okay', but nothing more. They offer a handful of Korean and Japanese dishes with no frills or thrills, unless you count the high prices as entertainment. I've had the chicken katsu a couple of times, and all I can say is: "Of all the meals I've ever eaten, this is definitely one of them." It passes for katsu of some kind, for sure.
