I think what I like most about Joy Teriyaki is the food and presentation; it’s freshly-prepared and delivered on a plate, not a cheap plastic bowl or container. The dining room is clean without the loud distractions (the tv is muted, and the overhead soundtrack mellow). I was surprised to feel like I “slowed down” to prepare a real cooked meal, rather than handed a bunch of reheated rice and warmed up frozen chicken.
