We sold custom-cut fabric to Joy Street Design, after delivery the customer reached out to inform me that they had ordered the wrong item and requested an exchange. I want to emphasize that our policy, clearly stated on our website and in the item description, specifies that custom cut yardage is non-returnable. As someone who has provided services to this company, I want to share my experience. They requested us to create a handmade project, which we completed and shipped to another location as per their instructions. Later, they raised an issue about a couple of scratches on the product. We apologized and promptly reproduced and sent the replacement items. We also agreed to refund them $110 and offered a 30% discount on their next order. They thanked us for our efforts.
