I hate to give a bad review....its really seems like a great place, however I tried to get info to have a spa party for my daughter. I called 1 and a half month in advance to give time but I was told I had to speak with the owner. I called time and time again and never got to be able to even speak with whoever I needed to speak to. It's just sad because I was told "if you're not a "regular", they probably wont answer you." I loved my massage by Maureen, I feel great. And my first time facial was awesome by Joy. I love Joy Day Spa, it feels like you are out of town, but with the warm friendly professional feel of small town love.
